Frank Mosca is a NYC based Producer, Director and Co-Founder of Spot On productions. He has produced hundreds of commercial campaigns and individual promotional spots, ranging from Regional Cable to National Television.  As well as numerous award winning PSA’s, most notably the highly-controversial “Not Acceptable R Word”, which premiered during the seasons finale of Glee to over 10 million viewers. Frank genuinely loves creating non-fiction spots with “real people”, a skill-set that has landed him a (5x) winner of the grand jury prize at NYTVF for his direction of unscripted work.  When Frank is not working, you can find him spending time with his family, coaching his three children on the weekends (in every sport imaginable) alongside his wife and high school sweetheart.

Stephen is a NYC Director, Editor and Co-Founder of Spot On.  A twenty year veteran to Commercial & Independent production, Stephen is practically & technically proficient, which gives him the ability to visualize the final product at every stage of the production.  Stephen’s branded short film “Super Slice”, created for The Famous Famiglia Pizza Franchise, won multiple awards at film festivals nationwide.

Chris made his first movie when he was seven, and was an owner/operator of a profitable industrial-video production company by the age of twelve. At the age of eighteen Chris moved from his hometown in Canada to New York City, where he became established as a cinematographer and director for brands such as and Warner Brothers online. His exceptional eye for detail and fearless pursuit to push content boundaries was noticed by commercial mogul, Bob Giraldi, who then took Chris under his wing as his mentor. Though Chris has built a solid career as an entertainment cinematographer, he often utilizes his visual skill to the direction of commercial assets for high-visibility brands. Chris is currently bi-costal between Brooklyn New York and Hillside Park LA. He is a world traveler and avid sailor.

Jarett Bellucci is a two-time Emmy Award-winning producer director/editor, who creates award winning work across all manner of mediums. Passionate, talented and versatile, Jarett graduated from the School of Visual Arts with degree in advertising in 1999. He has in-depth production knowledge, limitless enthusiasm & tremendous imagination. Jared has developed a signature documentary-like style of capturing real stories about real people, which resonate with viewers and fellow film-makers alike. Jarett creates eye-catching commercials for some of the largest brands in the country. Jarett lives on Long Island NY with his wife, son, daughter and two bulldogs.

Simply put, John is a true animation artist with an immaculate eye for detail. During his 15-year career operating the Design and Animation department at Harrington Talents Productions & HTX Animation, in both City Island Bronx & Manhattan, John produced and directed an amazing portfolio of vfx, animated spots, show opens & viral ads, most notably for The New York Yankees. In 2014 Morena decided that he wanted to use the right side of brain full time, and stepped down from the day to day business operations so he could focus solely on direction. His most current work can be seen across the windows of Madam Tussauds in Times Square NYC, where he directed a series of digital displays for their marketing department. John also concentrates on his artistic passions into developing animated films, which he promotes weekly through social media site, Area 52 Flix. John is native New Yorker; born in The Bronx, and migrated to Brooklyn.
